Project highlights
Nono Crossing

I led Nono Crossing from prototype to launch, focusing on technical execution and scalability. The game's success came from rapid prototyping and multiple soft launches to validate mechanics and optimize performance. Polished gameplay, regular updates and a strong live ops strategy sustained engagement, allowing it to scale efficiently and build a loyal player base.

Seek & Deploy: Color Patterns

I developed Seek & Deploy: Color Patterns solo in 120 hours total, handling everything from design to programming. It's a fast-paced experimental prototype built around color-based decision-making and quick reflexes. Through rapid iteration, I refined its core mechanics for a smooth and engaging experience. While a small project, it was a great exercise in rapid development, polish and execution as a solo indie dev.

Esports Balkan League

I led the technical development of Esports Balkan League from 2017 to 2020. I developed the backend infrastructure and specialized tools for broadcasting, ensuring high-quality live streams and smooth technical operations during events. Additionally, I played a key role in evolving it's digital presence, optimizing workflows and enhancing the viewing experience to solidify its position as a premier regional esports competition.

Mentorship
I offer game dev mentorship to students for free, to help them think critically, build real projects and grow beyond tutorials. I lead a community of aspiring game devs focused on practical experience, peer learning and honest feedback. It's about addressing the disconnect between academic learning and what the industry actually expects — so they're not left figuring it out on their own.

This year has been derailed for students in Serbia. They are protesting because they chose to fight for a better future. This mentorship gives them a way to keep learning by doing what they are passionate about, until they can return to their studies.
Offering services

Contract work

I'm a registered entrepreneur looking for small to mid-sized projects where I can apply my technical and project management skills to create real profit, not just revenue. I focus on building efficient systems, optimizing workflows, and making sure technology supports the business instead of slowing it down. From game development to software architecture and scalability, I bring hands-on experience in turning ideas into sustainable, high-performing solutions.

Services

I provide on-demand support for teams dealing with real problems — from fixing critical bugs and untangling Unity architecture, to checking whether a product idea makes sense before more time gets wasted. These sessions are practical and focused on unblocking progress, improving stability, and helping teams make clearer technical or product decisions.

Workshops

My workshops are based on the most common pain points I observed and solved in my career. That includes helping developers understand product goals, turning messy plans into roadmaps, or teaching the industry insights into mobile games. Each workshop is structured to solve a concrete problem and give teams something useful they can apply right away. They’re designed to bring clarity and alignment, especially when teams are moving fast but not always in sync.

Experience

Two Desperados
Game developer 2020-2024

I built and refined core game systems, ensuring performance, scalability and seamless content delivery. Beyond coding, I helped developers understand the bigger picture — how their technical choices shaped retention, monetization and overall success. By mentoring and guiding teams through complex challenges, I fostered a culture where engineers didn't just write code but made informed decisions that drove the games forward.

Fortuna Esports
Tech co-founder 2015-2020

Building a company from the ground up meant doing whatever it took — organizing crews, managing live events and making sure the tech never failed when it mattered most. I thrived in high-pressure environments, keeping everything running smoothly while scaling operations. On the technical side, I developed broadcasting systems, improving automation, stability and efficiency to ensure every production met professional standards.

Work In Progress
Clockwork Crisis

Clockwork Crisis is a Metroidvania puzzle platformer where players face a ruthless battle against AI. Using machine learning, the game dynamically adjusts difficulty in real time, ensuring a tailored yet relentless challenge based on the player's skill. Three of us made the concept at a game jam in 48 hours, where players turned frustration into determination, competing for hours, finding creative ways to exploit mechanics and constantly chase high scores.

Zivot ima prostora za pivot

Too many young people freeze up, afraid that one wrong move might ruin everything. I've made bad calls, taken risks that didn't pay off — but things still worked out. That's why I wrote the book "Život ima prostora za pivot" — to show that mistakes aren't the end, they're part of the process. These stories aren't about perfect career moves but missteps, pivots and lessons learned — because action beats overthinking every time.

Rhythm Game

This PC rhythm game transforms sound into action, blending fast-paced decision-making with beat-driven gameplay. Inspired by Seek & Deploy, players must react to shifting color patterns and sound cues, syncing their clicks with the music to progress. Precision and timing are key, turning every level into an intense mix of strategy, reflexes and pure rhythm-powered flow.
